Ever heard of Dosa Tacos? Pav Bhaji Fondue? Head over to the Bombay Avenue for some lip-smacking fusion food! It's located right opposite Dmart in Powai and trust me, the view of the quirky interiors from outside will draw you inside this joint for sure. The walls are adorned with cute graffitis and gorgeous frames of life and experiences in Bombay. Really loved the vibes of this restaurant. +0.5 only for the ambience! Coming to the food, we tried- Pav Bhaji Fondue: The BEST dish here. You have to try it out if you're visiting. Creamy bhaji fondue with loads of cheese and soft buns cut into cubes - just what you need when you're craving some pav bhaji but bored of the usual ones. Dosa Tacos: Taco shells made out of dosa batter stuffed with potato mash and veggies, and topped with oodles of cheese. Served with tomato and coconut chutney. Looked great, taste could've been better. Crispy Chicken Pepper Fry Dosa: This one was better. The chicken stuffing was flavourful, though the dosa wasn't as crispy. Fried Basil Thread Idli: Really liked the south indian flavours in this one. Cut up pieces of idlis were stir fried with curry leaves and other south indian spices. Have it with hot sambhar! Chicken Keema with Pav: I'd recommend this one to the non vegetarians! The chicken keema was made just right with balanced spices alongwith buttery, soft buns. The chopped onions and lemon wedge adds to the flavour. Nachos with Veggies Delight: Nothing impressive. Store bought tortilla chips were used. Can be avoided. Drinks- Fresh Lime Soda: I requested them to make it a mix of sweet and salty and they made it just right! Very refreshing and great to have it with your food. Nutella Jar: This one was a heavy chocolate shake with nutella, whipped cream, choco dust, chocolate sauce and kitkat sticks on top. Tasted great. Oreo Cookie Shake: I'd recommend this one over Nutella. Not overly sweet, this shake was simply delicious! Dessert- Choc Brownie with Icecream: The only dessert option they have. Quite a disappointment. The brownie was so hard that couldn't take more than a bite. AVOID. Overall, they have attempted to make some great fusion food for Mumbaikars though little bit more tuning is required.

this place is situated in Hiranandani Gardens just opposite D-Mart. Parking can be a issue over here in the evenings but still you can spot a parking space on a walkable distance. As soon as you entry this property you can see the perfectly made wall on the left where in you see the whole highlights of Mumbai . The menu over here is really simple and short. But this menu is enough to fulfill your tastebuds. So I started with nutella shake. It was really nicely presented and quantity and quality was really nice. I would give it 4.5/5 Next thing i tried was the Mini Dosa Tacos (Veg) . This was really interesting and the taste was great. This was really cheesy and loved it. 4/5. I also tried Peanut Buttter shake. Not a fan of peanut but then still those who like it would be okay with it. 3.5/5 Bombay Keema Pav was the next on the table. Keema was i can say nice, not the best but then seeing the ambience and the place where we are having this dish , i can say it was good. 4/5 I also tried the Pav Bhaji Fondue . I can say this was good and you can rate it according to yourself because it depends how you like your pav bhaji's bhaji. 4.5/5 Finally it was time for Bombay Falooda . This was the best way to end the lunch . One of the best falooda which you can have. Must try. 5/5 Costing : 4/5 Quality : 5/5 Service : 5/5

This cute cafe is located in Hiranandani Powai, just opposite DMart. The ambiance is very pleasant. I love the interior of cafe which has Bombay theme. On one wall there are posters of places in Mumbai like Chowpatty, hanging garden, Wadala, gateway of India, marine drive and on other wall there is sketch saying I love Mumbai, Sachin Tendulkar & Mumbai dabewala. Service is fast and staff is friendly too. Things we tried : 💠 Cold coffee - A refreshing drink for anyone who loves a cup of Joe, aroma is pleasant & taste amazing. 💠 KitKat frappe - full of chocolate flavour and crunch, it tastes as good as it looks. 💠 Spicy grilled cottage cheese and corn sandwich - it's combination of Paneer Burji with melted cheese & corn. Everybite of this sandwich features an outburst of colours, crunch and flavour. 💠 Uttapa pizza - a wonderful fusion of south indian & Italian cuisine. It has all the basic ingredients that go into pizza. It is delicious and serve with red & coconut chutney. 💠 Pav bhaji fondue - it smartly combines veggies, cheese , pavbhaji masala into a Richy flavoured dip. Pieces of pav was very big. They should make pav Crunchy and cut into small pieces. 💠 Recommended 💠 Cold coffee KitKat frappe Uttapam pizza Overall a good place to hangout or chit-chat with friends.
